Baldwin Filters dates back to 1936 when J. A. Baldwin became a pioneer in recognizing the importance of improving mobile filtration. To address the problem at hand, he designed a better lube filter that then began production in Wisconsin.

By 1953, the company began producing quality filters with nine employees. By 1981, the company became a part of a diversified group of manufacturing companies known as CLARCOR. This gives them the ability to share and swap the latest ideas in technology, providing the opportunity to create synergies and better products.

Baldwin Filters Warranty Information

Each product at Baldwin is assured to be made free of defects in material and workmanship. Any product found to be defective can be retired to your distributor with the proper paperwork. If the analysis shows that the returned product does not meet the warranty promise, they will replace it immediately. If it also inflicted damage to the machine, Baldwin will reimburse you for the repair costs related to the defective product.
